How to read it
Impact is the desk's view, not a generic rating.
Impact is based on how much the release has moved the relevant instrument over the last two years, not the generic rating that calendars copy from each other. High means it has regularly moved the market by more than its daily range.
Previous and forecast are the last reading and the consensus expectation. Markets move on the gap between forecast and actual, and on revisions to the previous figure, which are easy to miss.
