Understand the risk before you trade.

Trading Forex, CFDs and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor.

You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade funds that you cannot afford to lose.

Before trading, carefully consider your financial position, investment objectives, trading experience, knowledge of financial markets and risk tolerance.

Leverage allows you to obtain market exposure greater than the amount of capital deposited as margin.

While leverage can increase potential gains, it can also significantly increase potential losses. Small market movements may have a large effect on your account equity.

If your account equity falls below required levels, positions may be restricted, reduced, automatically closed or liquidated without prior notice where allowed by applicable trading conditions.

Financial markets can be highly volatile. Prices may change rapidly because of economic releases, political events, market sentiment, liquidity conditions, public holidays, trading-session changes or extraordinary market events.

Volatility can cause losses to occur quickly and may affect execution prices, spreads, available liquidity and the ability to open or close positions.

Past performance is not an indication or guarantee of future results.

Submitting an order does not guarantee execution. Execution may be affected by market conditions, price availability, liquidity, trading hours, market gaps, technical issues, regulatory restrictions, abnormal market conditions and third-party liquidity availability.

Orders may be executed at prices different from those requested. Stop-loss orders may not always limit losses to the intended amount, especially during gaps, fast markets or limited liquidity.

The execution of orders is subject to the applicable order execution arrangements, product terms and trading conditions.

You are responsible for continuously monitoring your margin position and maintaining sufficient available funds in your account.

Margin requirements may vary depending on financial instrument, market conditions, account type, volatility, liquidity, regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

Arabian Markets may change margin requirements where reasonably necessary.

Different financial instruments carry different levels and types of risk. Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, equities, ETFs, precious metals and crypto-related instruments may each behave differently under changing market conditions.

You should understand the product, contract specification, trading hours, margin requirements, costs, liquidity and potential losses before entering a transaction.

Certain products may not be available or appropriate for all clients or jurisdictions.

Trading and account services may involve costs such as spreads, commissions, overnight financing or swap charges, account fees, currency-conversion charges, payment-processing fees, withdrawal charges, inactivity fees where applicable and other charges.

Costs can affect trading results and should be reviewed before entering transactions.

Where a transaction is carried out in a currency different from your account's base currency, currency conversion may affect your account value and trading results.
