By accessing arabianmarkets.com, registering an account or using any Arabian Markets service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website, platform or services.

Additional agreements, policies and disclosures may apply to specific services, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclosure, AML & KYC Policy, Deposit and Withdrawal Policy, Order Execution Policy, Complaints Handling Policy, Conflicts of Interest Policy and Restricted Jurisdictions Policy. These documents should be read together with these Terms.

01

About Arabian Markets

Arabian Markets provides access to online trading-related services, platforms, financial-market information, analytical tools and other products or services made available from time to time.

Depending on availability, jurisdiction and account eligibility, instruments may include forex, CFDs, stocks or share-related instruments, indices, commodities, precious metals, ETFs, cryptocurrencies or crypto-related instruments where permitted, and other instruments made available through the platform.

The exact products and services available to you may depend on your jurisdiction, regulatory requirements, account type, client classification, trading platform, eligibility, verification status and our internal risk-management policies.

02

Eligibility and account registration

You may open or maintain an Arabian Markets account only if you satisfy our eligibility requirements.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, have legal capacity to enter binding agreements, provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, are properly authorised when acting for another person, are not in a restricted jurisdiction and are not subject to sanctions that prevent us from serving you.

During registration, we may request information such as name, email, telephone number, date of birth, nationality, residential address, identification documents, financial information, employment details, trading experience, investment objectives, source of funds, source of wealth and other information necessary for regulatory or business purposes.

False, misleading or fraudulent information may result in rejection, suspension, transaction restrictions, account closure or reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

03

Identity verification, KYC and AML

Arabian Markets may be required to verify your identity before allowing full use of our services. You may be asked to provide documents such as a passport, national ID, proof of address, bank statements, payment evidence, proof of income, source-of-funds documents, source-of-wealth documents and corporate documents where relevant.

We may use approved third-party verification services and may request additional information at any time during the business relationship.

Arabian Markets maintains controls intended to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations, identity theft, market abuse and other financial crimes.

We may review, monitor, delay, reject or investigate transactions where required for compliance purposes and may disclose information to competent regulatory, governmental or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

04

Client classification

Where required under applicable financial-services regulations, Arabian Markets may classify clients according to regulatory categories.

Your classification may affect products available to you, leverage limits, risk disclosures, regulatory protections, margin requirements and other aspects of your relationship with Arabian Markets.

05

Trading services and client responsibility

Arabian Markets may provide technology allowing clients to submit trading orders in supported financial instruments.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Before entering any transaction, you should independently evaluate the instrument, market conditions, transaction size, leverage, potential losses, margin requirements, fees, spreads, commissions and your personal financial circumstances.

Nothing provided through the Arabian Markets platform should be understood as a guarantee that a transaction will be profitable.

You are responsible for reviewing account activity, monitoring open positions, maintaining sufficient margin, checking confirmations, keeping contact details current, understanding instruments before trading, maintaining security and complying with applicable law.

06

Risk of trading

Trading leveraged financial instruments involves significant risk. Forex, CFDs and other leveraged products may move rapidly in value, and leverage can significantly increase both potential gains and losses.

You acknowledge that markets may be volatile, prices may change rapidly, losses may occur quickly, orders may execute at different prices, market gaps may occur, liquidity may become limited, stop-loss orders may not always limit losses as intended, technical interruptions may affect trading and you may lose some or all capital committed to trading.

You should not trade funds you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not an indication or guarantee of future results.

07

Leverage, margin and orders

Certain products may be traded using leverage, which allows market exposure greater than the capital deposited as margin. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient margin in your account.

Margin requirements may vary by instrument, market conditions, account type, volatility, liquidity, regulatory requirements and internal risk policies. We may change margin requirements where reasonably necessary.

If account equity falls below required levels, positions may be restricted, reduced, automatically closed or liquidated without prior notice where allowed by applicable trading conditions.

Submitting an order does not guarantee execution. Execution may be affected by market conditions, price availability, liquidity, trading hours, market gaps, technical issues, regulatory restrictions, abnormal market conditions and third-party liquidity availability.

08

Prices, market data and trading hours

Prices displayed on the Arabian Markets website or platform may originate from liquidity providers, exchanges, financial-data providers, market-data services or other third parties.

Prices may change continuously. Information displayed outside the trading platform may be delayed, indicative, informational or different from an executable market price.

Different instruments may have different trading hours, which may be affected by exchanges, liquidity providers, public holidays, daylight-saving changes, maintenance, market closures and extraordinary market conditions.

09

Spreads, commissions, fees and currency conversion

Trading and account services may involve costs. Charges may include spreads, commissions, overnight financing or swap charges, account fees, currency-conversion charges, payment-processing fees, withdrawal charges, inactivity fees where applicable and other charges disclosed before or during use of the service.

Applicable fees may be displayed on our website, within the trading platform, in account specifications, in product documentation or through separate fee schedules.

Where a transaction is carried out in a currency different from your account's base currency, currency conversion may be required and may include an applicable conversion charge or spread.

10

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits must generally be made using payment methods accepted by Arabian Markets, such as bank transfer, debit or credit card, electronic payment provider or another approved payment method. Accepted methods may vary by country and account.

You should normally fund your account using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments may be rejected or returned unless specifically approved and legally permitted.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification, account verification, AML checks, source-of-funds verification, payment-provider procedures, open-position requirements and internal security controls.

Arabian Markets may delay or reject a withdrawal request where documents are missing, compliance concerns exist, ownership cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, the request conflicts with law, funds are insufficient or further investigation is reasonably required.

11

Demo accounts

Arabian Markets may offer demo accounts containing simulated funds for learning, platform familiarisation, strategy testing and understanding basic market functionality.

Demo trading does not involve real funds and may not exactly reflect live market conditions. Demo performance does not guarantee similar results when trading with real money.

12

Account credentials and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, usernames, authentication codes, PINs, API keys where provided and other security credentials.

You must not knowingly disclose credentials to unauthorised persons and must immediately notify Arabian Markets if you suspect unauthorised access, stolen credentials, account compromise, suspicious transactions or security breaches.

We may temporarily block or restrict access to protect an account where suspicious activity is detected.

13

Prohibited activities

You must not use Arabian Markets for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Prohibited activities may include money laundering, terrorist financing, identity fraud, payment fraud, market manipulation, insider trading, sanctions evasion, account takeover, use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent documents, exploitation of obvious technical errors, interference with trading infrastructure, cyberattacks, abusive automated activity, deliberate manipulation of vulnerabilities and activity prohibited by financial-market legislation.

We may investigate, restrict or terminate accounts where prohibited activity is suspected.

14

Artificial intelligence, analytics and education

Arabian Markets may provide tools using algorithms, artificial intelligence, technical indicators or automated market analysis. These tools may provide market observations, chart analysis, indicators, trading signals, summaries, educational information or analytical insights.

Such information assists your own market analysis and does not constitute a guarantee, prediction or promise regarding future market performance. AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your individual circumstances.

Educational materials are provided for general information and should not be interpreted as personalised investment recommendations or guarantees of financial success.

Unless explicitly stated in a separate authorised service agreement, Arabian Markets does not provide personalised investment advice through general website content.

15

Communications and recordings

We may communicate with you through email, telephone, SMS, platform notifications, messaging applications, client-portal notifications or other electronic communication methods.

Certain communications may relate to account verification, trading activity, security, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, compliance, regulatory disclosures, service changes or legal notices.

Where permitted by law, Arabian Markets may record telephone calls, electronic communications, live-chat conversations and other communications relating to our services. Recordings may be used for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, quality assurance, security, training and record keeping.

16

Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights relating to Arabian Markets and its website, platforms and services remain owned by Arabian Markets or its licensors.

Protected material may include logos, brand names, website content, text, graphics, software, trading interfaces, applications, databases, source code, analytical tools, illustrations, videos, design elements and proprietary technology.

You receive only a limited right to use our services for their intended purpose and must not reproduce, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit proprietary materials without authorisation.

17

Website, platform and technical risks

We aim to maintain reliable access to our services but cannot guarantee that the website or platform will always operate without interruption.

Access may be affected by scheduled maintenance, server failures, internet interruptions, software defects, cyber-security incidents, third-party outages, market-data interruptions, telecommunications failures, exceptional market events or events outside our reasonable control.

Online trading depends on technology. You acknowledge risks including internet failure, device malfunction, platform interruption, network latency, delayed price feeds, data corruption, software errors, communication failures and cyber-security threats.

18

Third-party services, privacy and cookies

Arabian Markets may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, identity verification, market data, liquidity, analytics, customer support, communications, trading infrastructure and regulatory compliance.

We may not control the availability or operation of third-party systems. Your use of a separate third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how Arabian Markets collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, protects and responds to privacy requests.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including essential cookies, analytics, preferences, marketing technologies and cookie controls as described in our separate Cookie Policy.

19

Restricted jurisdictions

Arabian Markets may not offer its services in every jurisdiction. Access may be restricted based on local financial-services laws, international sanctions, regulatory licensing requirements, internal risk policies or contractual restrictions.

You are responsible for determining whether use of our services is permitted in your location and must not intentionally circumvent geographic restrictions by providing false information or manipulating your location.

20

Suspension, closure and termination

Arabian Markets may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, suspicious transactions, incomplete verification, inaccurate information, security concerns, breach of these Terms, abusive trading activity, regulatory requirements, sanctions concerns or legal obligations.

You may request account closure subject to closure of open positions, settlement of outstanding obligations, completion of pending transactions, withdrawal of remaining eligible funds and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

We may terminate a client relationship in accordance with applicable laws and account agreements, including in serious circumstances such as fraud, false identification, money laundering concerns, sanctions violations, material breach, system abuse or other unlawful activity.

21

Conflicts of interest and complaints

Circumstances may arise where the interests of Arabian Markets, its affiliates, employees or clients differ. We maintain policies and procedures intended to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you may submit a complaint. We may request your full name, account number, contact information, description of the complaint, relevant transaction details and supporting documents.

Complaints will be reviewed in accordance with our Complaints Handling Policy and applicable regulatory requirements. Where applicable, you may have the right to refer an unresolved complaint to the competent regulatory or dispute-resolution authority.

22

Limitation of liability and indemnification

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to applicable law and specific client agreements, Arabian Markets will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet interruptions, third-party failures, market-data interruptions, exceptional market events, device failures, user errors, unauthorised disclosure of credentials by the user or reliance on general educational or analytical content.

Trading losses resulting from normal market movements remain the responsibility of the client.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Arabian Markets for reasonable losses, claims or costs directly resulting from fraudulent activity conducted by you, intentional misuse of our systems, material violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law or infringement of third-party rights.

23

Force majeure

Arabian Markets will not be responsible for failure or delay where performance is prevented by extraordinary circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, regulatory changes, market closures, exchange failures, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, power outages, liquidity disruption, banking-system disruption and similar extraordinary events.

24

Changes to products, services and these Terms

Arabian Markets may update, modify or discontinue products, account types, features or platform functionality due to regulations, market conditions, technology changes, security requirements, commercial considerations or third-party service changes.

We may amend these Terms periodically to reflect legal developments, regulatory requirements, service changes, product updates, technology changes, risk-management requirements or policy improvements.

The latest version will be published on our website with its revision date. Material amendments affecting existing contractual rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant client agreement.

25

Severability, waiver and assignment

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to have effect. The affected provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent reasonably necessary to make it enforceable.

A delay or failure by Arabian Markets to exercise any contractual right does not mean that the right has been waived. Any waiver applies only where expressly confirmed by Arabian Markets.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations without prior written consent where legally required. Arabian Markets may transfer its rights or obligations in connection with corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, transfer of business or another legitimate corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

26

Governing law, jurisdiction and regulatory information

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the Arabian Markets legal entity with which you establish your business relationship. Any mandatory legal protections applicable to you will continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your relationship with Arabian Markets will be subject to the courts or dispute-resolution process specified in the applicable client agreement. Where applicable, a regulatory complaints or alternative dispute-resolution process may also be available.

Trading, legal entity, registration number, regulatory authority, licence type, licence number and registered office details should match Arabian Markets' official corporate and regulatory documentation exactly.

Important Risk Warning

Trading involves risk.

Trading Forex, CFDs and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Before trading, carefully consider your financial position, investment objectives, trading experience, knowledge of financial markets and risk tolerance. Market commentary, educational material, technical indicators, trading tools, AI-assisted analytics and other information provided through Arabian Markets should not be considered a guarantee of future results or personalised investment advice.
