The spread is the difference between the buy and sell price, and on Basic and Standard it is the whole cost of a trade. The live spread is always visible in the platform before you click.

Commission
Charged once, shown plainly.
Commission accounts (Platinum, Premium) are charged per standard lot per side in USD; spread-only accounts (Basic, Standard) carry no commission.
Commission is charged when the position opens and again when it closes, in the account's base currency, and shown as a separate line in your statement so it is never hidden inside the price.
Worked example
EURUSD, 1 standard lot
1.2 pip spread = $12.00 round-trip cost on Standard.
0.1 pip spread + $5.00 commission = $6.00 round-trip cost on Premium.
Swaps & overnight financing
What holding a position costs overnight.
A swap is the interest adjustment for holding a leveraged position overnight. It can be a credit or a debit depending on the instrument and direction.

Swap rates for every instrument are in the symbol specification in MetaTrader 5, and we publish changes in advance in the client portal.
Swap - Free Accounts
Swap-free accounts are available on request and subject to eligibility. Positions held beyond 14 days on swap-free accounts may incur an administration fee of $5 per lot per day.
