The reasonable version
You request a withdrawal in the portal. The broker checks that the account is verified and that the request goes back to the source of the deposit. It is processed within a stated business-day window, and the receiving bank or provider adds its own time. You are told at each step.
What legitimately slows one down
An unverified account. A request to a different account or method than the deposit came from, which anti-money-laundering rules restrict. A first withdrawal, which usually triggers an extra check. Weekends and bank holidays in either country. None of these are red flags on their own.
What is a red flag
A withdrawal that needs a phone call from a salesperson before it is processed. A fee that was not on the costs page. A bonus that turns out to lock the deposit until a trading volume is met. A process that is described differently every time you ask.
The questions to ask before you deposit
Where do withdrawals go? How long, in business days, from request to processing? What are the fees, in writing? Is verification required before the first withdrawal, and how long does it take? What happens if I want to withdraw more than I deposited?
What Arabian Markets does
Requests before 14:00 GMT are processed the same business day. Withdrawals go back to source up to the deposited amount; profits above that can go by bank transfer. Verification is required once, usually under one business day. Fees are on the spreads and costs page and nowhere else.
Test it
Ask our desk any of the questions above before you deposit and see who answers. We would rather earn the deposit than assume it.
